GPS Device

Many runners purchase a special GPS device which is just slightly larger than a watch and measures not only the distance you have travelled but also a number of other things such as heartrate, speed and pace to name a few. Measurements are also easily transferred to a computer. Measurements can be in either miles or kilometres.
