Nutrition is an important part of a healthy and fit lifestyle. Healthier Scotland have a straight forward (no advertising) website that gives you basic steps to becoming healthier and fitter.
The CLAN website has a section on Nutitional Therapy Advice which specifically looks at food which help fight cancer. Even the Scottish Government have published an action plan to Improve the Scottish Diet and The Foods Standards Agency are looking to do the same.
